Consulting Services
Often a consultant is defined as someone in a suit who travels from more than 50 miles away. If you live in the greater Rochester N.Y. area, we cannot meet these criteria. If you are outside of this perimeter we do.
Of course our definition of a consultant is different. We believe a consultant is someone who has these five attributes:
1. Experience and a track record
2. Specific Expertise
3. Ability to communicate well with a variety of people
4. A team collaborator
5. Defines quality as "edge", timeliness and relevance.
A consultant remembers who the customer is, and that the customer know their business. They are not looking for someone to tell them how to run their business. The only want input, opinions or a project completed on time, within budget and with excellence.
Our areas of experience and expertise include:

MarketGenesys Consulting can either Assess and Recommend, or manage the recommendation through a full Implementation.
